在新一轮的全球产业转移浪潮中,中国正逐步成为全球现代信息服务外包转移的重要目的地之一。海南省服务外包起步较晚,与服务外包产业起步较早的其他地区存在一定差距,如何扬长避短成为政府和相关企业工作的重点。本文运用PESTLE分析法和SWOT战略分析法分析海南省服务外包示范区的现状,并对海南省发展服务外包提出相关对策和建议。
In a new round of global wave of industrial transfer, China is gradually becoming one of the important destinations for the outsourcing of modern information services in the world. Since the outsourcing of service outsourcing in Hainan Province started late, there is a certain gap between it and the other regions where service outsourcing industry started earlier. How to avoid weaknesses has become the focus of government and related enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of service outsourcing demonstration area in Hainan Province by using PESTLE analysis and SWOT strategy analysis, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for developing service outsourcing in Hainan Province.
