双胎同时在一个母体中生长,经历了不同于单胎的先天因素的作用。双胎儿出生后,生长发育上具有一般儿童的共性,又有其独特性。本文将1985年上海市市区0～6岁儿童体格发育调查资料进一步阐明双胎儿出生及生长发育情况。
