目的:研究枸杞多糖(LBP)对一氧化碳中毒致迟发性脑病(DEACMP)小鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:利用腹腔注射CO建立DEACMP小鼠模型,通过Y迷宫和Morris水迷宫实验对LBP的治疗作用进行评价。结果:LBP中、高剂量组可显著增加小鼠在Y迷宫中的自发交替反应率,同时在水迷宫实验中LBP各剂量组均可使小鼠逃避潜伏期明显缩短。结论:枸杞多糖对DEACMP小鼠模型学习记忆损伤具有明显的保护作用。
AIM: To investigate the therapeutic effect of LBP on a mouse model of delayed encephalopathy (DEACMP) induced by carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: DEACMP mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CO, and the therapeutic effect of LBP was evaluated by Y maze and Morris water maze test. Results: LBP medium-dose and high-dose groups could significantly increase the spontaneous alternation rate of mice in Y maze, meanwhile, the mice in LBP groups could significantly reduce the escape latency in water maze test. Conclusion: Lycium barbarum polysaccharides have a significant protective effect on DEACMP mouse model of learning and memory impairment.
