川芎为一种临床常见中药。现代药理研究证实,川芎内有效成分阿魏酸、川芎嗪等有着多种效用,进而逐渐揭示了这种药物对于多器官、多系统和多病症的治疗原理。结合实际情况,本文首先阐述了川芎化学组成,后对川芎药理作用展开全面研究,旨在为相关人员的研究工作提供参考资料。
Chuanxiong is a common clinical medicine. Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that the active ingredient in Chuanxiong ferulic acid, ligustrazine has a variety of utility, and then gradually revealed the drug for multiple organs, multiple systems and multiple diseases treatment principle. Combined with the actual situation, this article first describes the chemical composition of Chuanxiong, after a comprehensive study of the pharmacological effects of Chuanxiong, aims to provide relevant reference materials for the research work.
