目的:对何首乌的炮制工艺进行进一步的分析探讨。方法:按照何首乌炮制工艺的不同将其随机分为参照组和实验组,对分别应用黑豆汁法炮制和清蒸法炮制两种工艺的相关情况进行对照研究。结果:就二苯乙烯苷含量而言,清蒸法炮制均明显低于黑豆汁法炮制;就失水率、密度比、游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌率而言,黑豆汁法炮制与清蒸法炮制比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);就游离/总大黄素、游离/总大黄素甲醚含量测定结果而言,两种炮制工艺比较组间差异经检验有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:何首乌的炮制工艺会对药效造成严重的影响,因此要加大何首乌炮制工艺的研究力度,对何首乌的炮制方法和时间进行严格规范,以对何首乌的临床疗效进行更有效的掌握。
Objective: To further analyze and discuss the processing technology of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods: According to the different process of Polygonum multiflorum, it was randomly divided into reference group and experimental group. The control study was made on the two kinds of processing by black bean juice and steaming respectively. Results: In terms of stilbene glycoside content, the processing of steamed was significantly lower than that of black bean juice processing; in terms of water loss, density ratio, free anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone, (P> 0.05). For the determination results of free / total emodin and free / total emodin, the difference between the two processing technologies was statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Polygonum multiflorum processing technology will have a serious impact on the efficacy, therefore, to increase the Polygonum multiflorum processing technology research efforts to Polygonum multiflorum processing methods and time to strictly regulate the clinical efficacy of Polygonum multiflorum to more effectively grasp.
