目前,教学装备管理工作模式由培训、科(教)研、督查、考核、档案建管等5项工作组成。这5项工作构成5个工作管理环,在此基础上可构建创新型的中小学教学装备管理“五环”工作模式。该工作模式强调运用信息技术,注重实效,坚持督导检查,细化数据管理,体现了管理的创新性和科学性。
At present, teaching and learning equipment management mode consists of training, science (teaching) research, supervision, assessment, archives and other five components. These five tasks constitute five work management circles, on the basis of which innovative teaching infrastructure management for primary and middle schools can be constructed. The work mode emphasizes the use of information technology, pay attention to actual results, adhere to the supervision and inspection, data management refinement, reflects the management of innovation and science.
