最近几年,由于我国啤酒工业发展迅速,对啤酒大麦的需求量猛增,供需矛盾十分突出,每年还要向国外进口大麦.为了配合我国啤酒工业的发展,种足种好优质啤酒大麦,江苏省沿海地区农科所和江苏省农业科学院的有关科技人员,根据他们多年从事啤酒大麦研究的进展,结合各地大面积丰产经验,特编写适用性强的《啤酒大麦与麦芽》生产一文,由《江苏科技出版社》于今年下半年正式出版发行.经作者同意,本期选登《啤酒大麦的施肥技术》一节,供各地参考.
