目的:探讨三维超声(three-dimensinal ultrasound,3D-US)在诊断宫内节育器(IUD)位置异常中的临床价值。方法:二维超声(second-dimensional ultrasound,2D-US)检查提示或临床疑有IUD位置异常的31例患者进行三维超声检查,以宫腔镜或手术结果为金标准,将2D-US和3D-US检查结果分别与宫腔镜或手术结果对照分析,评价2D-US和3D-US的敏感性和准确性。结果:2D-US和3D-US诊断IUD位置异常的敏感性(76.9%vs 96.3%)、准确性(77.49%vs 96.8%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声简便、有效、无创,对IUD位置异常的诊断具有较高的敏感性和准确性,有助于临床选择合适的治疗方法和手术途径。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensinal ultrasound (3D-US) in the diagnosis of abnormal position of IUD. Methods: Three-dimensional ultrasonography was performed in 31 patients with abnormal second-dimensional ultrasound (2D-US) examination or clinical suspected IUD. Using the results of hysteroscopy or surgery as the gold standard, 2D-US and 3D -US test results were compared with the results of hysteroscopy or surgical analysis, evaluation 2D-US and 3D-US sensitivity and accuracy. Results: The sensitivity of 2D-US and 3D-US in diagnosing the location of IUD was statistically different (76.9% vs 96.3%) and accuracy (77.49% vs 96.8%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Three-dimensional ultrasonography is simple, effective and noninvasive. It has high sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of IUD abnormality, which is helpful to choose the appropriate treatment and surgical approach clinically.
