结合新创企业面临的资源约束问题,以650份调研问卷为对象,实证分析网络关系能力中的网络愿景能力、网络构建能力、网络运作能力与网络占位能力及关系终止能力等5个维度影响创业资源,并进而影响新创企业绩效的假设,结果表明,创业资源对新创企业绩效整体具有正相关关系,而网络关系能力5个维度对创业资源的影响有差异,网络环境下网络关系能力对提升新创企业绩效的起着积极作用。最后,对研究结果进行了分析,并阐明下一步研究的方向。
According to the resource constraints faced by start-ups, this paper uses 650 questionnaires as research subjects, and empirically analyzes the five dimensions of network vision ability, network construction ability, network operation ability, network occupancy ability and relationship termination ability Entrepreneurial resources, and then affect the performance of new startups. The results show that entrepreneurial resources have a positive correlation with the overall performance of new startups.
