本文报告一种用室温透析法测定游离T_1(FT_1)的方法,样品的T_1可透析部分(DF值)经一正常对照血清纠正,减少了干扰因素,改善了批间变异。四份混合标准血清(总T_1分别为2.7、6.4、12、19μg/dl)的DF值批间变异系数分别为9.7、8.5、10.7、8.4%。56例总T_1正常的血清的DF值为0.0197士0.0034%(±S,下同),FT_4为1.62±0.37ng/dl;16例甲低病人DF值为0.0188 ±0.0037%、FT_4值为0.47±0.26ng/dl;26例甲亢病人DF值为0.0278±0.0068%,FT_1值为4.9±1.84ng/dl;54份血清同时测定了FT_1I和F7_4,FT_4与FT_4I有良好的相关(γ=0.903,p<0.001)。
This article reports a method for the determination of free T_1 (FT_1) by dialysis at room temperature. The T_1 hemodialysis fraction (DF) of the sample is corrected by a normal control serum to reduce the interference factor and improve inter-assay variation. The coefficient of variation (CV) between the four batches of mixed standard sera (total T 1, 2.7, 6.4, 12 and 19 μg / dl) were 9.7, 8.5, 10 and 8.7%, respectively. The DF values of 56 cases of T_1 normal serum were 0.0197 ± 0.0034% (± S, the same below) and 1.62 ± 0.37 ng / dl of FT_4. The DF values of 0.06% ± 0.0037% and FT_4 of 16 cases with hypothyroidism were 0.47 ± 0.26 ng / dl. The DF value of 26 patients with hyperthyroidism was 0.0278 ± 0.0068% and the value of FT_1 was 4.9 ± 1.84ng / dl. 54 serum samples were also tested for FT_1I and F7_4, and FT_4 and FT_4I had good correlation (γ = 0.903, p <0.001).
