凹凸棒土吸附剂通常采用焙烧凹凸棒土的方法制备。在近期的一项美国专利中,提出了将焙烧过的凹凸棒土用季铵盐处理以生产有机凸凹棒土吸附剂的技术。该产品可以代替活性碳,用以除去液体中的有机或无机杂质。
Attapulgite adsorbents are usually prepared by roasting attapulgite. In a recent U.S. patent, a technique was proposed to treat roasted attapulgite with quaternary ammonium salts to produce organic attapulgite adsorbents. The product can replace activated carbon, used to remove liquid organic or inorganic impurities.
