目的:研究三级开放管理模式在综合医院精神科的应用。方法:将杭州市第一人民医院精神科病房实施封闭管理时6个月住院的患者设为对照组,实行三级开放管理时6个月的住院患者设为实验组,使用自制护理满意度量表对两组的患者出院时进行满意度评估,使用社会功能筛查量表,分别对两组患者入院和出院时进行社会功能进行评估。结果:实验组和对照组的护理满意度中的环境实施、态度满意度、护理质量和护理满意度总分差异有统计学意义,两组的护理过程和其他评分的差异无统计学意义。两组的入院时SDSS评分差异无统计学意义,出院时的评分有统计学差异。结论:三级开放管理应用在综合医院精神科可提高患者的满意度,改善患者的社会功能,也能控制外出风险。
Objective: To study the application of three-level open management model in psychiatric department of general hospital. Methods: The first hospital of Hangzhou People’s Hospital psychiatric ward closed management of patients admitted to hospital for 6 months as the control group, the implementation of three open management of 6-month hospitalized patients as experimental group, the use of self-care satisfaction scale Two groups of patients were evaluated for satisfaction at discharge, and social function screening scales were used to assess the social functioning of both groups at admission and discharge. Results: There were significant differences in environmental satisfaction, attitude satisfaction, quality of care and satisfaction with nursing satisfaction between the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference in nursing process and other scores between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the SDSS scores between the two groups when they were admitted to hospital. The scores at discharge were statistically different. Conclusion: The application of tertiary open management in a general hospital psychiatric department can improve patient satisfaction, improve patients’ social functions, and control out-going risks.
