我们的教学质量要想提高,很大程度上取决于我们的教研这一“活水”。以教师的发展为本,加强教师队伍建设,关注教师专业发展,提升教师专业水平,而开展校本教研活动是全面促进教师专业化发展的有效途径。一、每周组织一次理论学习理论不是万能的,但要研究,没有理论是万万不行的。教学研究是一种理论指导下的研究,我们物理教研组就定期组织教师学习《课程标准》新教学理论和新课程实施过程中的一些新经验。
To improve the quality of our teaching depends largely on our teaching and research this “living water ”.
