For 25 years, he traveled to every village, every enterprise and every self-employed in the tax area under his jurisdiction. It is needless to say that he kept his footprints deeply in the continuous red land, and that the tax conditions in rural areas are hard. In earlier years, he would not ride a bicycle and go to the nearby village for tax collection, and could only do it on two legs; after learning to ride a bicycle, he often relied on “Bicycle No. 11”. He said that the road in the mountain is hard to walk in, there are potholes and slippery mud. When people are not riding bicycles, they are riders of vehicles. Once, he went to the village twenty miles away to receive the slaughter tax, that day the northern wind is strong, it rains, the car is not a ride, only to walk.
