膳食替代方法是营养学领域的一项新技术。用膳食替代方法对肥胖病人进行饮食干预,减肥效果明显,对降低血压、血脂以及其他代谢危险因素也有作用,长期使用可维持体重减轻,减少体重反弹。对于2型糖尿病患者,膳食替代方法在减轻其体重的同时,还能改善血糖控制情况,降低血糖、胰岛素和糖化血红蛋白的浓度,减少降糖药物服用量。本文对临床应用膳食替代方法防治肥胖和2型糖尿病的研究进行综述。
Dietary alternatives are a new technology in the area of nutrition. Dietary interventions in obese patients with dietary interventions have obvious weight-loss benefits and are also useful in lowering blood pressure, blood lipids and other metabolic risk factors. Long-term use can maintain weight loss and reduce body weight rebound. For patients with type 2 diabetes, dietary alternatives reduce their body weight, but also improve glycemic control, reduce blood glucose, insulin and glycosylated hemoglobin concentrations, and reduce the amount of hypoglycemic agents. This article reviews the clinical application of dietary alternatives to prevent and treat obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
