摘要本文主要介绍了最近五年期间设计的弹道助推动机碳—碳喷管的发民。最初设计的碳—碳喷管的特点是被制成一种小的、多方向有碳—碳加强筋的整体的喷喉与进口,薄壁的碳—碳圆锥出口是靠螺纹连接到它上的。因为这种圆锥出口的直径小,所以可产生有害的振动性及复杂的制造工艺。这些问题已经被解决,并被大量合格的使用在整体的喷喉与进口增大圆锥出口的进口直径处,以及初次整体的喷喉与进口同圆锥出口的连接之间。因为喷管被连接在燃烧室上,所以将进一步促使设计弹道助推发动机喷管的时候使用陶瓷—陶瓷材料。
Abstract This paper describes the design of ballistic booster engines for carbon-carbon lances in the last five years. The original design of the carbon-carbon nozzle was characterized by the formation of a small, multi-directional carbon-carbon bead integral throat and inlet, thin-walled carbon-carbon conical outlet is threaded onto it of. Because of the small diameter of this conical outlet, it can produce detrimental vibrations and complex manufacturing processes. These problems have been solved and are used in substantial quantities between the overall throat diameter of the throat and the inlet of the enlarged conical outlet and between the initial throat and the entrance of the conical outlet. Because the nozzle is attached to the combustion chamber, it will be further motivated to use ceramic-ceramic material when designing the trajectory to assist the engine nozzle.
