随着20世纪社会经济快速发展和科技进步,我们正在步入知识经济的新时代,知识经济已成为国家发展、民族昌盛、企业提高竞争力的决定因素。早在70年代,邓小平同志就创立了“科学技术是第一生产力”的重要理论,随后,党和政府又制定了“科教兴国”的伟大战略。指导我们正确认识现代科学技术的发展对当代经济所起的关键作用,使我国人民对科技知识的作用在认识上有一个大飞跃。
With the rapid socio-economic development and scientific and technological advancement in the 20th century, we are entering a new era of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy has become a determinant factor in the development of the country, the prosperity of the nation, and the competitiveness of enterprises. As early as in the 1970s, Comrade Deng Xiaoping created an important theory that “science and technology are primary productive forces.” Subsequently, the party and the government formulated a great strategy of “stimulating the country through science and education.” It guides us to correctly understand the key role that the development of modern science and technology plays in the contemporary economy, and makes our people’s understanding of the role of scientific and technological knowledge a big leap forward.
