小学教育是学生基础教育的重要阶段,作为小学校长,他肩负着管理整个学校的艰巨任务,是整个学校的灵魂所在。所以他的管理对一个学校有着不可替代的作用和影响。笔者将根据校长的管理实践经验、办学理念、老师管理等方面浅析小学校长负责管理体制存在的不足,并就此提出自己的一些建议和意见。
Primary education is an important stage of basic education for students. As the principal of primary school, he shoulders the arduous task of managing the entire school and is the soul of the entire school. So his management has an irreplaceable effect on a school. The author will analyze the shortcomings of the primary school principals responsible for the management system based on the principal’s management experience, school management philosophy and teacher management, and put forward some suggestions and opinions on this.
