中职学生是我们国家和民族的未来,是潜在的劳动力。随着信息社会的不断发展,职业生涯规划已经被列入了德育课程,对于中职学生来说,职业生涯规划课程教育对他们有着非常重要的意义,有利于知道学生未来的职业的发展方向和具体行动,并且引领学生未来职业的发展。本文通过深入分析中职《职业生涯规划与就业创业》课程的现状,并且进一步探讨了该课程合理有效教学的措施,从而促进该课程教学的开展,提高中职学生的职业竞争力。
Secondary vocational students are the future of our country and nation and are potential labor force. With the continuous development of information society, career planning has been included in the curriculum of moral education. For vocational students, the education of career planning curriculum is of great significance to them and helps to know the development direction of students’ future career. Specific actions, and lead students in the future career development. This article through in-depth analysis of vocational education “career planning and employment entrepreneurship” the status quo, and further explore the reasonable and effective teaching of the course measures to promote the teaching of the course to improve vocational competitiveness of secondary vocational students.
