提高机体的免疫功能,是治疗感染性疾病的重要措施。在许多病毒和真菌感染中,机体的免疫功能往往由于先天或后天的因素而受损,免疫促进治疗的作用就更为重要。免疫促进治疗包括体液和细胞免疫两方面。近年来发现,在许多感染性疾病中,细胞免疫的缺损往往比体液免疫的缺损更为突出,因而对提高细胞免疫功能方面做了更多的工作。本文着重介绍有关提高细胞免疫功能的研究成果。转移因子基本特征转移因子是免疫白细胞的可透析提取物,能将特异性和非特异性的细胞免疫
Improve the body’s immune function, is an important measure to treat infectious diseases. In many viral and fungal infections, the body’s immune function is often compromised by innate or acquired factors and the role of immune-boosting therapy is even more important. Immune-boosting treatments include both humoral and cellular immunity. In recent years, it has been found that in many infectious diseases, the defects of cellular immunity tend to be more prominent than those of humoral immunity, and thus more work is done to improve cellular immune function. This article focuses on the research findings on improving cellular immune function.
