试验结果表明,随着镍铬渗碳钢次表面层残余奥氏体含量增加,材料耐疲劳能力也提高。考察了残余奥氏体对镍络渗碳钢抗擦伤能力的影响,结果表明,残余奥氏体对抗擦伤能力无不利影响。此外,由表面形貌测试可知,经过跑合,对磨面光洁度有显著提高。 显微观察说明,本工作中擦伤的主要形式是层片脱落。擦伤后,试样次表层出现白层组织,在一定深度的亚表层还观察到白层组织基体上的黑色条纹。该黑色条纹的分布反映了塑性变形及微观温度分布不均匀性的特征。
The experimental results show that with the increase of residual austenite content on the secondary surface of Ni-Cr carburized steel, the fatigue resistance of the material also increases. The effect of residual austenite on the anti-galling ability of nickel-based carburized steel was investigated. The results show that residual austenite has no adverse effect on anti-galling ability. In addition, the surface morphology test shows that, after running together, the polished surface finish has significantly improved. Microscopic observation shows that the main form of abrasion in this work is the shedding of the ply. After abrasion, the white sub-layer appears on the sub-surface of the sample, and the black stripe on the white sub-layer is also observed on the sub-surface layer of a certain depth. The distribution of the black stripes reflects the characteristics of plastic deformation and uneven microscopic temperature distribution.
