3H—吲哚与醛类化合物的反应仅见到等的报道。我们曾用3H—吲哚盐与芳醛反应,制得含有3H—吲哚环的新化合物,它们中有些可用作染料。考虑到3,3—二甲基—2—(4—取代苯乙烯基)—3H—吲哚具有相近似的用途,试验了3H—吲哚与芳醛的反应。在回流下,用无水乙醇作溶剂,无水ZnCl_2为缩合剂,当醛与3H—吲哚克分子比数为1:1,2时,制得题示缩合物:
The reaction of 3H-indoles with aldehydes has only been reported. We have used 3H-indoles to react with aromatic aldehydes to make new compounds containing 3H-indole rings, some of which are useful as dyes. Considering the similar use of 3,3-dimethyl-2- (4-substituted styryl) -3H-indole, the reaction of 3H-indole with an aromatic aldehyde has been tested. Under reflux, with anhydrous ethanol as a solvent, anhydrous ZnCl 2 as a condensing agent, when the aldehyde and 3H-indole molar ratio of 1: 1,2, the preparation of the indicated condensate:
