本文介绍了混凝土桥梁危害性裂缝的成因,防治及修补技术。对于危害性裂缝成因,一般认为是由荷载、温度、干缩、基础不均匀沉降及施工材料缺陷及工艺的不合理引起的,就其成因,本文提出了如下防治方案来控制危害性裂缝的发生:设计应严谨;合理材料选择及优化配合比;恰当的施工工艺。对于已出现的危害性裂缝,本文也介绍了表面封闭修补法和表面粘帖修补法来修补裂缝,对于危害性裂缝,较多用表面粘帖修补法。
This paper introduces the causes, prevention and repair techniques of dangerous bridges in concrete bridges. For the causes of dangerous cracks, generally considered to be caused by load, temperature, shrinkage, uneven foundation settlement and construction materials defects and unreasonable process, the reasons for this, the following prevention and control programs to control the occurrence of hazardous cracks : Design should be rigorous; reasonable material selection and optimization of mix; the appropriate construction technology. This article also introduces the surface seal repair method and the surface sticking repair method to repair the cracks which have appeared. For the harmful cracks, the surface coating method is more used.
