党的十八大提出建设廉洁政治的重大任务,要求做到干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明。习近平总书记在中央纪委第二次全会上强调,这“三清”对党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争提出了更高要求。李克强总理在新一届国务院第一次廉政工作会议上指出,要建设一个廉洁的政府,并对今年政府反腐倡廉工作提出六个方面的要求。学习贯彻党中央、国务院关于廉政建设工作的一系列决策部署,既要进一步认识建设廉洁政府的重要性、紧迫性,更要明确建设廉洁政府的重点内容,不断取得政府机关反腐倡廉建设新成效。
