目的观察三种常用化学消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌杀灭效果,为控制嗜肺军团菌感染传播提供消毒方法依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验室观察。结果在常温条件下,用含有效碘100 mg/L的碘伏消毒液,或含有效氯50 mg/L的含氯泡腾片溶液作用10 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌杀灭对数值达到5.0以上。用含36 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,作用2.5 min,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌的杀灭对数值亦可达到5.0以上。在试验条件下,三种常用消毒剂均随着有效成分浓度的增加、作用时间的延长,杀菌效果逐渐递增。结论常用含碘和含氯消毒剂以及二氧化氯在较低浓度下,均可快速杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌,可在实际消毒中参考本研究参数使用。
Objective To observe the killing effects of three kinds of common chemical disinfectants on Legionella pneumophila and provide the basis for disinfection of Legionella pneumophila infection. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was conducted in laboratory. Conclusion Commonly used iodine and chlorine-containing disinfectants and chlorine dioxide at a low concentration, can quickly kill Legionella pneumophila in suspension can be used in the actual disinfection reference parameters of this study.
