流行性感冒是一种常见的呼吸道病毒病,它对人民健康影响较大,当前尚无理想的防治办法。对于慢性气管炎的急性发作说来,流感又是一种重要的诱发因素,因此近年来国内外对植物药和化学药进行了不少研究,企图找出其中防治流感有效的药物。在中草药方面,我们曾经报道了满山香水煎液在鸡胚内对亚甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。为了进一步探索该药的抑毒效果,我们应用人胚肾单层细胞、鸡胚、小白鼠3种模型,作了该药水煎液及部分化学提取物对3型流感病毒的抑毒试验,兹将结果报道如下。材料与方法
Influenza is a common respiratory virus disease. It has a great impact on people’s health. At present, there are no ideal prevention and treatment methods. For the acute outbreak of chronic bronchitis, flu is also an important precipitating factor. Therefore, in recent years, there have been many studies on botanical and chemical drugs at home and abroad in an attempt to find out which flu is effective. In terms of Chinese herbal medicine, we have reported the inhibitory effect of Manchurian Perfume decoction on influenza A virus in chicken embryos. In order to further explore the anti-virus effect of this drug, we applied human embryonic kidney monolayer cells, chicken embryos, and mouse models, and made experiments to suppress the influenza virus type 3 using the decoction and some chemical extracts of the drug.
