研究了不同球磨时间对La_2Mg_(17)-200wt.%Ni复合合金显微结构及电化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,Ni颗粒逐渐细化,并形成了均匀的La_2Mg_(17)-Ni非晶合金;复合合金的颗粒尺寸先减小后增大,当球磨时间为90 h时,合金的颗粒尺寸最小;复合合金的充电阻力先减小后增大,其放电容量则先增大后减小,当球磨时间为90 h时,复合合金的充电阻力最小,其放电容量最大;合金的高倍率放电性能随着球磨时间的增大先增大后减小,当球磨时间为90 h时,合金具有最大的高倍率放电性能。
The effects of ball milling time on the microstructure and electrochemical properties of La 2 Mg 17 (wt) -200wt.% Ni alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of ball milling time, the Ni particles gradually refine and form uniform La_2Mg_ (17) -Ni amorphous alloy. The particle size of the alloy decreases first and then increases. When the ball milling time is 90 h , The particle size of the alloy is the smallest; the charge resistance of the composite alloy decreases first and then increases, and its discharge capacity first increases and then decreases. When the milling time is 90 h, the composite alloy has the lowest charge resistance and the largest discharge capacity; The high-rate discharge performance of the alloy first increases and then decreases with the increase of milling time. When the ball milling time is 90 h, the alloy has the largest high-rate discharge performance.
