随着国民经济的发展,国内交通设施的完善,高速公路和国道等高等级公路越织越密。长输管道经常要以顶管方式穿越高等级公路,顶管方式穿越高等级公路属于非开挖方式的一种,对路面不产生破坏,同时满足了工艺输送需求,保证了管道的安全运营。但由于受地质条件的局限,在含大量卵砾石,而且粒径在20cm以上的特殊地层中常规的顶管无法满足施工要求。本文通过大唐项目的建设,以G101的施工为例,详细介绍特殊地质条件下暗挖砌衬+顶管方式穿越高等级公路的施工方法和技术要求,为今后在类似特殊地质条件下的高等级公路穿越提供技术借鉴。
With the development of the national economy, the improvement of domestic transportation facilities, the more dense highways such as highways and national highways are woven. Long-distance pipelines often need to go through high-grade highways with pipe jacking. Pipe jacking through high-grade highways is one of the non-excavation methods, which does not damage the pavement and meets the requirements of process transportation and ensures the safe operation of the pipelines. However, due to the limitation of geological conditions, conventional pipe jacking in a special formation containing a large amount of pebbles and having a particle size of 20 cm or more can not meet construction requirements. In this paper, through the construction of Datang project, taking the construction of G101 as an example, the construction methods and technical requirements of underpass lining + pipe jacking through high-grade highways under special geological conditions are introduced in detail. In the future, under the special geological conditions, Grade Road Crossing to provide technical reference.
