研究利用微波-表面活性剂协同萃取苦瓜皂苷,选择香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸体系作为显色条件测定苦瓜皂苷含量,通过正交实验考察了微波功率、微波时间、料液比(g/m L)和表面活性剂浓度对苦瓜皂苷提取率的影响。结果表明,微波功率对苦瓜皂苷提取率影响最为显著,微波时间和料液比影响次之,表面活性剂浓度的影响最下,在微波功率400 W,微波时间5 min,料液比1:12 g/m L,表面活性剂(SDS)浓度0.03 mol/L时,苦瓜皂苷提取率最高为4.69%。
In this paper, the synergistic extraction of Momordicin from Momordica charantia L. by microwave-surfactant and the selection of vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid system as color-developing conditions were used to determine the content of Balsam pear saponin. The effects of microwave power, microwave time, m L) and surfactant concentration on the extraction rate of Momordica saponin. The results showed that the microwave power had the most significant effect on the extraction rate of saponin from Momordica charantia L. The microwave time and the ratio of solid to liquid were the second, and the concentration of surfactant was the lowest.
