虽然《普通高等学校图书馆规程》对高等学校图书馆与系(科)资料室的设置问题做出了规定,除规模大、系科多的学校设资料室外,其他院校一般不宜设系(科)资料室。然而,由于种种原因,大多数院校都未能实现《规程》的规定,致使其管理工作带来很多不便。笔者这里结合自己所在的学校,谈谈师专图书馆与系(科)资料室之间的有关问题,与同行们共同探讨师专图书馆的管理模式。
