资料与方法1．临床资料选取我院内科1990年1月～1998年10月间收治的急性脑血管病（ACVD）并发应激性溃疡患者68例。脑出血52例．脑梗塞16例。男性32例，女性36例。年龄39～83岁，平均62岁。均符合以下诊断标准：①ACVD均经头颅CT证实；②既往均无消化性好病、肝病及出血性疾病?
Data and methods 1. Clinical data Select 68 cases of acute cerebral vascular disease (ACVD) complicated with stress ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 1990 to October 1998. Cerebral hemorrhage in 52 cases. 16 cases of cerebral infarction. 32 males and 36 females. Age 39 ~ 83 years old, average 62 years old. Are in line with the following diagnostic criteria: ① ACVD were confirmed by skull CT; ② none of the previous good digestive disease, liver disease and hemorrhagic disease?
