颅内动脉瘤是自发性蛛网膜下腔出血最常见的病因,死亡率、致残率均较高。髓着影象诊断技术的提高及显微手术的开展,手术死亡率已下降至5％～10％以下。现对我院近年来手术治疗的26例作一回顾性分析。
Intracranial aneurysm is the most common cause of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage, mortality and morbidity are higher. The imaging diagnosis of the marrow and the development of microsurgery, surgical mortality has dropped to 5% to 10%. Now in our hospital in recent years, 26 cases of surgical treatment for a retrospective analysis.
