大豆含有油脂,这是客观存在,是人们熟知的常识。然而,如何把大豆所含的油脂又多又好的提取出来,这是要经过不断地实践、认识、再实践、再认识这样多次的反复才能做到的。二十多年来,特别是无产阶级文化大革命以来,我和同志们一起学习和运用毛主席的光辉哲学思想,坚持“实践第一”的观点,不断摸索榨油规律,为油脂生产的发展贡献了一点力量。
