在毛主席革命路线指引下,在批林批孔运动的推动下,辽宁省基本建设战线同全国一样,革命和生产形势一派大好,群众性的技术革新运动蓬勃展开,“双革”、“四新”成果不断涌现。为适应形势发展的需要,进一步落实全国建筑情报工作座谈会的精神,辽宁省建委委托省建筑科学研究所编印《辽宁建筑科技简讯》,今年第一期已经出版发行(暂不定期出版,内部发行)。以党的基本路线为纲,依靠广大群众,共同办好刊物,使之起到分清路线、交流情况、提高技术、促进生产的作用。
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line and thanks to the pro-forest campaign, the basic construction front in Liaoning Province is just like the entire country. The revolution in the production and the mass movement of technical innovation are booming. The “double leather” and “four New ”results continue to emerge. In order to meet the needs of the development of the situation and further implement the spirit of the National Symposium on Construction Information, Liaoning Provincial Construction Commission commissioned the Provincial Institute of Building Science to compile the “Liaoning Building Science and Technology News”, the first issue of this year has been published (not scheduled publication, internal issued). Take the basic line of the party as the key link and rely on the broad masses of the people to jointly run publications so that they play a role in clarifying the line, exchanging information, improving technology and boosting production.
