中小企业是我国经济体系中最具活力的主体之一,它推动了社会主义市场经济的发展,解决了大量劳动力就业问题、创造了大量政府税收。但是中小企业也存在寿命短、竞争实力弱等问题,主要原因还是自主创新能力不够。文章从中小企业的存在和发展入手揭示了中小企业存在的必然性,并分别从中小企业内部机理和政府外部推动两个方面讨论提升中小企业自主创新能力的具体措施。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are one of the most dynamic entities in China’s economic system. They promote the development of the socialist market economy, solve the problem of a large number of labor force employment and create a large amount of government revenue. However, SMEs also have short life span and weak competitiveness. The main reason is that they lack the capability of independent innovation. From the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the article reveals the inevitability of the existence of small and medium-sized enterprises and discusses concrete measures to enhance the independent innovation capability of small and medium-sized enterprises from the internal mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises and the government’s external promotion.
