随着我国经济的不断发展,企业面临的市场竞争越来越激烈,因此提高市场竞争力已经成为众企业所优先考虑的问题。现阶段,企业生产技术之间的差异越来越小,因此提升企业自身的管理水平与管理效率便成为企业提高市场竞争力的重要途径。本文中,我们对企业人力资源与管理进行了系统的分析,并且针对当前企业人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,提出了几点发展企业人力资源与管理的措施。
With the constant development of economy in our country, the market competition that enterprises face is more and more fierce. Therefore, improving market competitiveness has become a priority for all enterprises. At this stage, the difference between production technologies is getting smaller and smaller, so improving their own management level and management efficiency has become an important way for enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness. In this article, we make a systematic analysis of the human resources and management of the enterprise, and put forward some measures to develop the human resources and management of the enterprise in view of the existing problems in the current human resources management.
