目的:评价超声在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用价值。方法:对35例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者进行超声观察及血hCG测定,并与病理结果对比。结果:葡萄胎23例,侵蚀性葡萄胎8例,绒毛膜癌4例。不同类型的滋养细胞疾病超声图像特征不同,滋养细胞肿瘤治疗中超声图像与血hCG呈正相关关系。结论:超声检查对妊娠滋养细胞疾病的早期诊断、良恶性的鉴别、监测化疗效果、指导治疗均有十分重要的价值。
Objective: To evaluate the value of ultrasound in gestational trophoblastic disease. Methods: 35 cases of gestational trophoblastic disease were observed by ultrasound and blood hCG determination, and compared with the pathological results. Results: 23 cases of hydatidiform mole, 8 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole and 4 cases of choriocarcinoma. Different types of trophoblastic disease with different characteristics of ultrasound images, trophoblastic tumor ultrasound imaging and blood hCG was positively correlated. Conclusion: Ultrasonography is of great value in the early diagnosis of gestational trophoblastic diseases, the identification of benign and malignant diseases, the monitoring of the curative effect and the guiding treatment.
