本研究在微机辅助下,利用Doppler血流频谱轮廓自动检测及频谱自动分析技术测量40例冠心病患者和12例年龄匹配的正常人的25项Doppler指标。结果表明,在冠心病患者中,反映舒张早期左室充盈Doppler指标Ep,RFI,RFF,1/3FF,1/2FF,NPFR显著低于正常组,反映舒张晚期心房充盈的指标Ap,AFF,AFR,NAFR显著增高。比较心绞痛组(n=20)和心梗组(n=20)的Doppler指标发现,心绞痛组Ep降低比Ap升高更为明显,而心梗组Ap,Ai升高比心绞
In this study, 25 Doppler indices of 40 patients with coronary heart disease and 12 age-matched normal subjects were measured by Doppler automatic blood flow profile profiling and automatic spectrum analysis. The results showed that the Doppler parameters Ep, RFI, RFF, 1 / 3FF, 1 / 2FF and NPFR in early diastole were significantly lower in patients with coronary heart disease than those in normal controls. The indexes of late diastolic atrial filling, Ap, AFF and AFR , NAFR increased significantly.
