合山矿务局是广西最大的煤炭能源基地,开采煤炭有100多年的历史,在采掘原煤的过程中,煤炭企业的生产活动受到地域、条件、员工素质等的影响,煤炭企业文化也在不同的时期、阶段发挥出极其显著的作用,推动着企业的向前发展。同时,煤炭文化也受到行业的传统、体制等方面的制约。从这个意义上来说,这就要求我们在夯实煤炭企业文化中,亦要考虑到行业的特点,正确处理好煤炭文化与行业的相互关系,找出一条有利于煤炭企业发展的创新之路,利用企业文化的优势,打造出高品位的煤炭企业文化,推进管理创新,不断增强企业的凝聚力和竞争力。这是我们首先面,临的重大课题之一,迫切需要进行理论和实践的探索。
