我公司生产的离心式冷水机组中有一尺寸较大的90°吸气弯管(图1),是采用6mm的钢板经激光切割后卷制焊接而成。为了保证吸气弯管被切割的精度,在激光切割的程序编制中需要准确的画出吸气弯管的展开图。但是画展开图如果采用传统的计算方法,则费时费力,而且易出错误,为了解决这个问题,笔者使用AutoCAD中的LISP语言编制了一画图程序,从而实现了能够在短时间内准确的画出展开图。
