2011年是实施湖北卫生“十二五”规划的开局年,也是完成深化医药卫生体制改革三年目标任务的决战年。谋划好“十二五”卫生发展思路,抓好2011年目标任务的落实,对于推动湖北医药卫生体制深化改革取得明显成效,促进人民群众健康水平不断提高,具有十分重要的意义。
2011 is the first year to implement the “12th Five-year Plan” for Hubei Health and also the decisive year for completing the three-year goal and task of deepening the reform of the medical and health system. Making a good plan for the health development in the 12th Five-Year Plan and grasping the implementation of the 2011 goals and objectives has great significance in promoting the deepening reform of the medical and health system in Hubei Province and achieving remarkable results in promoting the people’s health.
