重度有机磷农药中毒是一类比其他种类农药更能引起中毒事故的农药,重度后病势凶险,病死率和致残率高,应给予高度重视,现将我院2000年以来收治的31例重度有机磷农药中毒治疗体会报告如下:1.临床资料1.1一般资料男4例,女27例,年龄17-78岁之间,平均31岁;农药种类:甲拌磷15例,辛硫磷5例,对硫磷4例,乐果3例,敌敌畏及敌百虫各1例;服毒量100-800ml不等;服药至入院时间:2小时
