1 花椒 Zanthoxylum bungeanumMaxim 花椒属芸香+料花椒属的落叶小乔木或灌木。果为骨葖果。果皮及种子可作调味香料,种子可炸油,供食用及肥皂、油漆等工业用。其木材坚实,可制器具、手杖、檑木等。1.1 生长环境 花椒喜温凉气候,喜肥沃湿润的钙质土,酸性、中性土亦能生长,不耐严寒。其分布广,我省广大地区均有栽培。1.2 育苗
