崞縣張順有為檢舉反革命分子宋郁德,來回奔跑了三个省份、二十七个機關,費去半年時間,到處遭受到官僚主義的重重阻難,其嚴重恶劣,實達驚人程度。我是造成张順有事件的有關人員之一,而且就张顺有兩次來省府要求解决路費問題沒有得到解决來看,主要責任應當由我來負。因此我的官僚主義錯誤及由此對黨和政府所造成的損害也是極共嚴重的。茲就事件經過和我的錯誤事實檢查如下:
