在新经济危机出现后,一段时期内必然经济萧条。但我们不得不承认萧条期过后也必然出现经济复苏,新一轮经济发展。在此大环境的国际发展趋势下,环境保护不容忽视。虽然人们都知道环境急切的需要我们的保护,但是在经济利益的驱动下环境却不断遭到人类的破坏。如何切实的将环境保护落到实处,如何真正的保护我们的地球?本文从法律角度出发,再次从新审视经济危机后我们的环境保护及如何完善法律以达到更好的保护环境目的。
