1 工程概况小南海、彰武水库是海河流域卫河支流洹河上游的两座梯级水库,总控制流域面积970km~2,以防洪、灌溉和城市工业供水为主,联合运用。小南海水库以防洪为主,兼顾兴利;彰武水库以调节径流为主,并发挥多种综合经营效益。两水库流域地处亚热带向暖温带过渡地区,属暖温带大陆性气候区。流域多年平均降雨约600mm,年内分布不均匀,降雨主要集中在汛期
1 Project Overview Xiaonanhai and Zhangwu reservoirs are two cascade reservoirs on the upper reaches of Bahe River, a tributary of the Weihe River in the Haihe River Basin. The total control basin covers an area of 970km ~ 2 and is mainly used for flood control, irrigation and urban industrial water supply. Xiaonanhai reservoir mainly flood control, taking into account Xingli; Zhangwu reservoir to regulate runoff-based, and to play a variety of integrated operating efficiency. The two reservoir basins are located in the subtropical to warm temperate transitional areas, is a warm temperate continental climate zone. The annual average rainfall of the basin is about 600mm, with uneven distribution during the year, with rainfall mainly concentrated in the flood season
