临床类型的多型性沙门氏菌病(简称沙病)的临床类型有:(1)暂时性排菌型:病程1～4日。(2)症状不全与无症状(亚临床)型:病情轻,可呈“流产”型或顿挫型(病程<7日)与周期性经过。(3)呼吸道型:有轻、中、重型,可呈急性(<1月)、迁延(1～3月)与慢性(>4月)经过。(4)胃肠炎型:①急性胃炎型(伴内毒素性休克);②胃小肠炎型;③胃小肠结肠炎型(伴脱水的中毒症候群);④小肠炎型;⑤小肠结肠炎型;⑥结肠炎型。(5)类伤寒型(伴中枢神经中毒症)。(6)败血症与脓毒败血症型(伴中毒性营养不良症候群)。(7)混合型(包括合并其它感
