地勘单位属地化管理是地勘单位溶入社会主义市场经济的一个标志。按照国务院有关文件要求, 地勘单位由省级国土资源主管部门归口管理,并逐步实行企业化经营;要逐步成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束、自我发展的经济实体。这一重大改革措施给地勘单位发展创造了良好的环境和机遇。许多地勘单位通过结构调整、开拓市场、培训队伍、增加投入等手段积极参与市场竞争,取得了显著成绩。但作为一个在计划经济时代组建,靠国家事业费生存的地勘单位,要真正在社会主义市场经济大潮中站稳脚跟并发展壮大,还必须紧跟形势, 苦练内功,建设地勘单位的企业文化。
Territorial management of geological exploration units is a sign of the dissolution of geological exploration units into the socialist market economy. However, as a geological survey unit established in the era of planned economy and relying on national business expenses, it is necessary to truly gain a foothold in the tide of the socialist market economy and grow and develop. It must also keep up with the situation, practice internal strength, and build a company culture.
