植物雄性不育系细胞亚显微结构和生物化学特性的研究证明,某些细胞器(主要是线粒体和质体)结构和功能的变异和雄性不育性有着直接的联系.本文拟就上述两方面的研究资料,从核质互作的关系来阐明植物雄性不育性产生的遗传机制.
Studies on the sub-microstructure and biochemical characteristics of plant male sterile lines demonstrate that there is a direct relationship between the structure and function variation of some organelles (mainly mitochondria and plastid) and male sterility.This paper intends to discuss the above two aspects Of the research data, from the relationship between nuclear and cytoplasmic interaction to elucidate the genetic mechanism of plant male sterility.
