通讯员成小敏报道日前,国家发改委印发了《万家企业节能低碳行动实施方案》,确定全国“万家企业节能低碳行动”名单及“十二五”期间节能量目标。“万家企业”是指年综合能源消费量1万t标准煤以上,以及有关部门指定的年综合能源消费量5000t标准煤以上的重点用能单位,其能源消费量占全国能源消费总量的60%以上,是国家确定的“十二五”节能减排工作的重点对象。“十二五”期间,华泰集团入选节能低碳行动名单,节能目标为103583t标准煤。按照《方案》要求和市县有关部署,华泰集团积极开展节能低碳行动:一是建班子定制度立规范。
